Introduction

Hello, my name is Justin Charlotin. I am from Brooklyn, New York and I currently attend LaGuardia Community College, which is in Long Island City, New York and I this is my first year. After graduating from this college I intend to transfer to John Jay College. My major is Criminal Justice and I chose this major because I want to become a cop after obtaining a Bachelor's degree. I intend to work my way up to being a homicide detective in the NYPD. I chose this field because I have family members that have worked in that particular field and I find it to be interesting. I am more technologically optimistic because I feel with every new piece of technology there is a better chance of understanding our world better. I feel that more technology will help discover more possibilities that could change the face of the world! I enjoy many different genres of films and books. For example I enjoy reading manga, which is Japanese comics. A movie I've watched recently and enjoyed is Ip man, which is about the introduction of the martial arts known as "Wing Chung". This blog is required for the ENG 103 class I am currently taking.
